02 — How we work

We enter, we measure, we deliver, we stay

Same four phases on every project. Each one ends with something you can read, click or deploy.

Scope

We read the repository, the tickets and the manual work being done today. It ends with a written plan, a price and dates.

Build

A small team works inside your repository, on your board. Weekly demo and a staging environment you can click through.

Ship

We deploy to production, connect the monitors and write the runbook. Nothing goes live without a way to measure it.

Operate

We keep the system running and keep improving it. We leave when we are no longer needed, and we say so first.

What clients ask first

Who owns the code?

You do. It lives in your repository from the first commit, under your license and your account.

Can you work alongside our own engineers?

Yes, and that is the usual case. Our team joins your repository, your board and your standup. We take a defined slice of the work and report on it.

How is an engagement priced?

Fixed price per phase, not by the hour. Scope comes first, then a number you approve before anyone starts building. Operation is a monthly fee you can cancel.

Where is the team?

In Latin America, working United States hours. Meetings happen in your time zone, in English or Spanish.

Do you only build AI?

AI is what we specialize in. Most of these projects also need an application, a database and integrations around the model, so we build those too.
